Wingstop

It shouldn't take 40 mins for a walk-in to get 10 wings. They don't want walkins apparently. Wing stop is pushing their customers to order online. If you walk in you better expect a 25 to 1 hour wait. I'm definitely not going back until they do a better job at helping walkins!

My wife ordered online and chose to pay at their store. She got there at the time it was supposed to be ready, 7:45pm and the order wasn’t even done. Not the first time. I guess because she clicks online to pay in store, maybe they think people won’t show up and don’t bother to have the order ready. If so, don’t make it on option online. She didn’t get her order until 8:05pm. The fries were dark and 2 of the 8 boneless wings weren’t even boneless, they were small and stringy and were missing meat. Unacceptable, we used to love coming here but it isn’t the same anymore. I have pictures of what we received but google won’t allow to post on our phones.

order not ready, spent 25 dollars still hungry, outrageous, baby wings very very small, last time going there for sure.
